The wine rests through the new year in neutral barrel before being taken back out to tank for a few months before bottling.
This single vineyard bottling is sourced exclusively from the McGinley Vineyard in the heart of Happy Canyon and is made from the four best barrels from the vintage.
With a few years of bottle age, the wine is drinking beautifully right now, and it will continue to reward those patient enough to cellar it for a little while longer.
